The break up of a marriage and the follow-on in the Family Courts could be said to be the most stressful and testing times of one’s life. Things are said from the individual that you once considered your soul mate and subsequently, even your children can be used to cause more pain. The thought of needing to have a stranger there when you get the rare chance to see your child is a bitter pill to swallow, but with Angels Care these thoughts soon fade away. I met and engaged with some absolutely wonderful, friendly, and non-judgmental staff to who my infant son even warmed. It is these types of supports and encouraging words that will fill your heart and spirit with positive optimism for what is possible as you move through the system.

I visiting my kids with “Angel” every fortnight for three hours last two months with the supervisor. Honestly, I was not expected that much excellent service that I paying other agencies if I compared.

I highly recommend to everyone to use this company and I can say this is the best agency in WA so far!

Just want to say special thanks to Angels for all the help, good communication, quick responses …etc., easy-going and very helpful supervisors. They are trying to do their best interested for parents and kids. I never get any problem with Angels.

My kids also always felt very happy too. They never got bored, just got lots of good times and fun.

Being a separated parent once before, it was very devastating when I was not able to see my child for some time. The pain can be so unreal and unfair. Upon receiving the order from court to see my child, AFCS made it possible for me to see my child within a day or two. No waiting list or “I’ll call you back”! The InTake meeting was done less than 24 hours upon a  phone call. I still recall my daughter’s wide smile during our first visit. I teared up like she was born again. Priceless moments.

The supervisors from AFCS are well mannered, friendly, helpful & trained. They are very experienced with very young children. My daughter was only 17 months at the time & she was very comfortable with them. They are also very understanding & flexible when it comes to venue and timing. Even if required supervised visit report, they will do an absolute impartial one.

I would strongly recommend any separated parent to use AFCS services & can’t thank them enough for helping me and my child get through these tough times.

Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to yourself and your staff for being so accommodating and helpful during this time. I greatly appreciate you all for being such great supervisors and allowing me a chance to spend time with my daughter.

With their help, today through mediation, I have progressed to unsupervised visits with my son. I couldn’t have done it without them. All the staff genuinely cared about me and my son’s relationship. They made sure our visits went ahead even after they had to be rescheduled due to covid. They expedited reports in time for court.

There wasn’t anything I asked that was too much work. You helped bring my son and I closer which I will always remember.

I don’t usually write reviews but for Angels Family Contact Services I have to. They were amazing. I used them for a number of months 2 days a fortnight for supervised visits. With their help, today through mediation I have progressed to unsupervised visits with my son. I couldn’t have done it without them. All of their staff that I had contact with (I’m not sure I’m allowed to name names so I won’t) are so friendly, helpful, supportive, unobtrusive and they all genuinely cared about me and sons relationship and the time we got to spend together.

They made sure my visits went ahead even after they had to be rescheduled due to among other things COVID and the lockdowns. They expedited the reports I needed for court.  There wasn’t anything I asked that was too much work for them.

So, in summary, I couldn’t  recommend them enough and I just want to say a huge thank you to their entire team, you  helped bring my son and I closer which I will always remember.
